# Acahti demo loop

Goal: in one session, prove agent-driven delivery. You do the work; the person only watches the Board.

## Constraints

- The user gives the instance URL. Connect MCP at `<instance>/mcp` with OAuth, or use the `acahti` CLI.
- Do not paste tokens into chat. Do not `git config --global`.
- Use a disposable repository `demo-<yyyymmdd>` under `whoami.org`.
- Keep the change trivial. Do not deploy or touch secrets.

## Loop

1. `whoami`: confirm `root_url`, `org`, and the git identity.
2. `repo_list`: reuse an existing `demo-*` repository you can push to, or `repo_create` `{name: "demo-<yyyymmdd>"}`.
3. Clone `whoami.clone_url_template` over HTTPS. Run `setup_local` before committing.
4. Create branch `demo/loop` and add `.acahti/pipelines/ci.yml`:

   ```yaml
   steps:
     smoke:
       commands:
         - echo "acahti-demo ok"
   ```

5. Commit, push the branch, and `pr_create` with title `demo: agent delivery loop`.
6. `checks_wait` on the head SHA until `done` is true.
   - Failed: `pipeline_log`, fix, push, wait again.
   - Queued with no runner: stop and tell the person to add a Runner; include the `pipeline_get` wait state.
7. Green: `pr_merge`.
8. Reply with the repository URL, PR number, and pipeline number.

## Done means

The PR is merged, or the loop is blocked on a missing Runner with evidence. Do not claim success without MCP or CLI results.
